Last full day in Estes. It began with Evan and Abbie joining Jeff in bed. Soon after this much laughter was heard as apparently Abbie was quite the instigator with Evan. He is the first person she asks for every morning, I love how much she loves him already.

Evan again amazed us all. He did the entire 2.5 mile hike without complaining or being carried once. He did an amazing job and we were all so proud of him...just 2 months into being 4 - he amazes me daily.
At the spot where Jeff and I got engaged Aug 1, 2001. We love that we get to return to this spot every few years. It's a former study of a minister that burned down in '35. The remains have stayed as has his home across the road. It has an amazing view of the Rockies.
