Evan's First Christmas

Today was Evan's first Christmas, it was a great day full of fun.

Amy's sister and her family came over for lunch and Evan spent

much of the day playing in his new Discovery Dome.

Santa brought Evan The Peek and Play Discovery Dome for Christmas this year.

I think he liked ripping and eating the paper most of all.

Putting it together is a challenge...the first of many years to come!

Evan and I walk most evenings and usually catch up with our neighborhood friends and their little ones. Three strollers hitting the streets, you can't miss us!

Amy's parents got a new puppy this week and my mom came to Houston/Beaumont to pick her up from the breeder. Evan got to meet his first puppy and they both did great.

Evan was baptized on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Afterwards my sister and brother in law opened their home for family and friends to get together.

The family...now that Evan is teething, the hand rarely comes out. :)

Thanksgiving Week

The Iowa crew made the two day drive to Texas for Thanksgiving. Joining us were Grandma and Grandpa, Aunt Cindy, Cousins Mary and Annie, Jason, Alyssa, Christopher and Colin.
