On Friday we took Evan to the Dallas Zoo. We took the wagon but as you will see he did not stay in it long. It was nice to have to tote our lunches and gear we brought though.

They have a Children's Zoo area and part of it has the play area with a "stream" running through it. It is a magnet for the kids and as it was a beautiful day, in Evan went. I think this was by far his favorite part of the zoo. He loves animals, but water...none can beat that.

Mommy and Evan at the end of our trip with a very tired Evan who is just in a shirt and diaper because his shorts were soaked after the water playing...but we had to see the Penguins before we left. He loved all the animals and still talks about them - a great time was had by all.
